Frequently asked questions

Our cancellation policy requires 10 hours’ notice prior to the start of class.

• Cancel 10+ hours before class: Your class credit will be returned for future use. Unlimited members will not be charged.
• Cancel within 10 hours of class: The class credit will be forfeited. Unlimited members will be charged a $35 late-cancellation fee.

Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice.

Upon submitting your cancellation request, you will be charged one final monthly payment. Your membership will remain active for 30 days following your final payment, and you may continue to book and attend classes during this period.

At the end of the 30-day period, your membership will automatically terminate and no further payments will be charged.

To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted class experience, no late entry is permitted. Our doors lock promptly at the start of class and cannot be opened once class begins.

We’re located through the back of Foreigner Coffee at 31 Bond Street, so please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to find the studio, check in, and get settled before class.

• No shoes: Shoes are not permitted in the studio. Socks are optional.
• Mats: Mats are provided for every class.
• Towels: Complimentary towels are provided for all members. Non-members may rent a towel for $5 or bring their own.
